Sunlit Logic is operated by Leveriano Habiyambere, an Australian sole trader based in Hobart, Tasmania (ABN 99 286 419 439).
Project enquiries
When you submit the project form, Sunlit Logic collects the details you enter, including your name, email, organisation, project need, goals, timing and optional supporting information. This information is used to assess the enquiry, respond to you and, if appropriate, prepare a project scope.
Submission does not create a contract, customer account or marketing subscription.
How enquiries are stored
Enquiries are held in a private, access-controlled intake queue before being reconciled into SUNNY’s canonical Business OS. The queue is a transport boundary, not a public directory or independent CRM. Reasonable technical controls are used to limit duplicate and automated submissions.
Hosting and technical data
The hosting provider may process ordinary network and security information needed to deliver the site, such as request timestamps, IP addresses and user-agent details. Sunlit Logic does not add advertising trackers, third-party behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies at launch.
Third parties
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host or secure the website. It is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and systems.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to assess the request, communicate about potential work, maintain legitimate business records or satisfy legal obligations. Unsuccessful or abandoned enquiries may be deleted or minimised when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about your enquiry, subject to legal and operational requirements. Use the project form and state that your request concerns privacy; do not include sensitive identity documents in the form.
Security and sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or other unnecessary sensitive material through the project form. No online system can promise absolute security, but the site is designed to minimise collection and avoid public exposure.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version.
