Trust

The client owns the digital assets.

Sunlit Logic manages them with explicit permission. These are working rules — not guarantees of rankings, revenue or uninterrupted third-party services.

01

Client owns digital assets

The domain, DNS, hosting billing, production data, content and deployed site stay in the client’s accounts unless a written handover says otherwise.

02

No password capture

Sunlit Logic never asks for Cloudflare, GitHub, registrar, email or payment-provider passwords.

03

Scoped provider access

Access is OAuth, a scoped token you create, membership you grant, or a guided change you make yourself — and it can be revoked.

04

Clear approvals

Scope, design, launch and final acceptance are recorded decisions, not a casual “looks good” in chat.

05

Clear change requests

Changes sit in the project record with a category, description and review point.

06

Verified delivery

Work is checked against the agreed deliverables. A defect is not called fixed without evidence.

07

Private Client Workspace

Invited project contacts can review project information, files, approvals and requests in a private workspace.

08

Handover / no lock-in

You can leave or move providers. Standing access is not retained after handover unless a care engagement continues.
