Sunlit Logic

A flagship brand, service-discovery and project-enquiry system built to demonstrate the studio’s own standard.

  • Brand
  • UX
  • Frontend
  • Responsive system
  • Conversion architecture

Challenge

Explain an unusually broad digital capability without becoming vague, technical or template-like—and build trust without fabricated social proof.

Goal

Let any visitor start with a problem, understand the studio in under ten seconds and reach a useful project path without booking a call.

Scope

What the work covers.

  • 01Brand and visual system
  • 02Information architecture
  • 03Searchable service finder
  • 04Responsive multi-route frontend
  • 05Project enquiry and Business OS handoff boundary
  • 06Accessibility, SEO and launch QA

Approach

Structure before surface.

The site is organised around verbs—build, improve, automate, connect, fix, launch and maintain. A deterministic intent finder maps plain-language needs to the service model, keeping launch fast and predictable without relying on an AI API.

Design

A visual reason for every choice.

Warm daylight, graphite, precise editorial typography and a grid resolving from disorder into structure. The motif communicates what the studio does while avoiding familiar neon AI aesthetics.

Engineering

Built for the real path.

A server-rendered React application with progressive enhancement, a small client footprint, durable enquiry intake, dynamic discovery, semantic navigation and explicit production metadata.

Key decisions

Constraints became part of the design.

  1. 01

Use the website itself as truthful portfolio evidence

  2. 02

Keep service detail progressive rather than crowding the homepage

  3. 03

Make the enquiry form the primary conversion—no forced calendar

  4. 04

Treat hosted enquiry storage as transport, never a second CRM

Result / deliverable

A complete flagship website system designed to become the studio’s clearest public proof of design, engineering and operational thinking.

Stack / system

React · TypeScript · Server-rendered routes · Cloudflare-compatible edge runtime · SQLite/D1 handoff queue · CSS design system

What was verified
  • Build and type safety
  • Route and metadata coverage
  • Responsive viewport matrix
  • Keyboard and form behavior
  • No fabricated portfolio claims
